The unit
A self-contained clinic that drives to you.
The van is the treatment space: four IV stations inside it, two more outside when the day calls for them, and the staffing to run all six. It arrives, it sets up, it runs on your schedule.

Six stations run at once — four inside the unit and two set up outside it. One clinician working those stations covers roughly 6 to 12 people an hour. Adding a second clinician is how a larger day gets absorbed, which is why headcount is the first thing we ask about.
What we need from the venue
- Parking footprint
- Room for the vehicle plus space to work around it and for attendees to wait clear of traffic.
- A point of contact
- One person on site who knows the schedule and can reach whoever runs the venue.
- Permits, where the venue needs them
- Some sites require a permit for an on-site medical unit and some do not. We work that out with you before anything is committed.
- Nothing else
- The unit brings its own power and water. It does not draw from the venue.
Travel is quoted per event across New Jersey and New York, based on the venue and how long the unit is on site.
