How it works
Four steps, one phone call.
Large events need staffing decisions made by a person, not a calendar widget. So the second step is a real conversation.
Tell us about the event
Date, location, and expected headcount. Two minutes on the form below is enough to start.
What we need from you
- The date, or a rough window if it is not fixed yet.
- The venue, or at least the town — travel is quoted per event.
- Expected attendance, banded. A best guess is genuinely fine.
- Whether the venue requires permits. 'Not sure' is a normal answer.
We scope it on a short call
Staffing, equipment, positioning, and any venue permits. This is where a large event gets planned properly instead of guessed at.
What the call covers
- How many clinicians the day needs, which is the thing that cannot be guessed from a form.
- Where the unit parks and how attendees flow to it.
- Venue permits, if the site needs them.
- What it costs. Pricing comes out of this conversation, not a rate card.
Your attendees pre-register
You get a reservation link for your event. Attendees claim a time window in advance so the day runs to a schedule.
How pre-registration works
- You get a reservation link for your event to share with attendees.
- They pick a time window in advance, so the day runs to a schedule instead of a queue.
- Each window has a real capacity limit, set from how many clinicians are staffed.
- No medical information is collected at this stage — only a name, contact details and a time.
The unit arrives and runs
We set up, run to the schedule, and break down. You do not have to manage it.
On the day
- The unit arrives, sets up and breaks down. You do not have to manage it.
- It is self-contained — no venue power or water required.
- Sessions run thirty to forty-five minutes each.
- You need a parking footprint with room to work around the vehicle, and a point of contact on site.
Why it works this way
Step two is a call, not a calendar.
How many clinicians a day needs is not something a booking form can work out. A two-hundred-person golf outing with a shotgun start and a five-hundred-person festival across a whole afternoon need completely different staffing, and getting it wrong is worse for you than for us. So the second step is a short conversation with the practice rather than a slot you pick blind.
Book the unit
Tell us about your event.
The more you can tell us about headcount and location, the more accurately we can scope staffing on the call. Expect to hear from us within one business day.
Two minutes. No medical information is collected.
